Morgen Musik is a music agency and event planning company headquartered in Berlin, Germany.
Founded by Mr. Nengda Yu in January 2015, the company is dedicated to building a cultural and artistic bridge between China and Germany, introducing outstanding contemporary European artists and their works to Chinese audiences.
Since its establishment, Morgen Musik has been involved in organizing numerous significant projects, including the official celebration performance at the China Pavilion of Expo 2020 Dubai; the Festival Villa Solomei sponsored by Italy’s The Brunello and Federica Cucinelli Foundation and the Foro delle Arti family foundation; the roundtable discussion between Tencent Qingteng University entrepreneurs and former German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder; the China tour of Giida Buttà, the original soundtrack pianist of The Legend of 1900, and cellist Luca Pincini; the China tour of French pianist Kim Barbier; and the cross-disciplinary China tour project featuring Italian pianist Ruben Micieli and dancer Jan Möllmer.
Morgen Musik’s clients include renowned companies and institutions such as Tencent, Audi, Brunello Cucinelli, Nam Kwong Group, Poly Group, ByteDance, Peking University, Fudan University, Resonance Public Welfare Fund Guangzhou, and Harrow Haikou School, among others.
Mr. Nengda Yu, the founder of the company, was born in Hunan, China, and developed a strong passion for classical music under his father’s influence. After completing his undergraduate studies, he worked for five years in classical music programming at Shenzhen Concert Hall. In 2013, he relocated to Berlin, Germany, where he founded Morgen Musik to focus on fostering artistic exchange between China and Europe. Mr. Yu holds a bachelor’s degree from the Nanguang College of Communication University of China and a master’s degree from the Institute for Culture and Media Management (KMM) at the Hamburg University of Music and Theatre.
In addition, Mr. Yu is committed to social engagement. In 2021, he founded 706 Berlin Youth Community, an initiative aimed at empowering Chinese youth in Germany to actively participate in civil society, foster intercultural dialogue, and enhance social expression and personal development. 706 Berlin is now a registered non-profit association in Germany and has hosted over 200 in-person salon events since its inception.

公司创始人余能达先生来自中国湖南，受父亲影响，自幼对古典音乐产生浓厚兴趣。大学毕业后，他在深圳音乐厅从事古典音乐策划工作长达五年。2013年移居德国柏林后，他创立Morgen Musik，专注于中欧文化艺术的交流与推广。余能达先生拥有中国传媒大学南广学院的学士学位，以及德国汉堡音乐与戏剧学院KMM文化与媒体管理研究所的硕士学位。
除此之外，余能达先生同样重视社会公益事业，2021年创立了706柏林青年空间，旨在帮助德国的华人青年积极参与公民社会建设，推动文化多元的讨论，促进社会表达与个人发展。目前706柏林已在德国注册为非盈利协会，自创立以来已举办200余场线下沙龙活动。
